This article explains how to make the cursor bolder.
- Open the ‘Ease of Access Settings’ by pressing the Windows logo key + U on the keyboard.
- On the ‘Ease of Access’ settings screen, select ‘Cursor & pointer size’ in the left-hand column.
- You will find the ‘Change cursor thickness’ setting under ‘Make the cursor easier to see when typing’ on the right side of the screen.
- Use the slider to increase or decrease the cursor thickness. The thickness of the cursor is shown in the box to the left of the slider.
Note: If this does not work it could be because your computer settings are managed by someone else (an IT department or administrator for example). If this is the case you will need to contact them to access these settings or for further help.
